Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Luminara® packaging, ensuring all fragile components are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
